Adventure Playground

From toddlers to teens, there’s adventure around every corner in our playground. Built from natural materials and designed for maximum fun, it’s the perfect place for young explorers to climb, play and burn off energy.

Take on the towering Altitude Tower, tackle the climbing wall and race down the slide for a thrilling finish. Then put your skills to the test in the Hide N Speak Maze, where memory and navigation are key, or reconnect with nature along the sensory Barefoot Walk.

Wildlife Lake Cruise aboard Miss Elizabeth

Explore Trentham’s iconic Capability Brown lake aboard the all-electric catamaran, Miss Elizabeth, on Friday 29 May. Perfect for all ages, this guided wildlife cruise offers the chance to spot herons, cormorants and signs of resident beavers while learning about the landscape’s history and conservation work from an on-board Wildlife Ranger. Spotter sheets and binoculars are available from the Visitor Centre.

Explore Trentham by boat

Discover the North Jetty

There’s even more to explore at the North Jetty! Little adventurers can get behind the wheel on the Junior Kart Track, a fun and safe driving experience designed especially for children, complete with easy-to-drive karts and a purpose-built track.

Families can also discover the Wildlife Finger Mazes, packed with twists, turns and nature-inspired fun as you navigate your way through each challenge together.

Time4Sport Trentham Gardens Adventure Kids' Club

Adventure Kids’ Club offers an exciting holiday camp experience for children aged 6 to 13 on Friday 29 May, providing a fun, safe and engaging environment throughout the school holidays, ideal for working parents looking for reliable childcare. Children can stay active, make new friends, build confidence and learn new skills while enjoying a memorable holiday experience.
