The fairies await
For many years, visitors to Trentham have become enchanted by the magic of our fairies. Take a walk around our beautiful mile-long lake, through the woodland and across the gardens to find the fairies at Trentham. Titania, ‘Queen of the Fairies’, points the way from the shopping village towards her fairy friends. Each fairy is different; some are bold, others cheeky, shy and daring. Can you find them all?

About the creator
Robin Wight began his career as an engineer before becoming a software developer. It wasn’t until later that he discovered his passion for sculpture, first creating pieces in sand and wood before developing the distinctive wire style for which he’s known today.
In 2009, while out walking, Robin noticed a magical illusion created by sunlight streaming through the trees. That moment inspired his first fairy sculpture and the enchanting FantasyWire creations that have captivated visitors ever since.

Beyond the Fairy Quest, you'll also find Beyond Ithaka, a striking sculpture by Robin Wight, commissioned in honour of NHS Organ Donation.
Created as a place of hope, remembrance and reflection, the sculpture encourages conversations about organ donation while offering visitors a peaceful space to pause and reflect.
