The Fratellis
We’re delighted to welcome The Fratellis, a band whose knack for bold, joy-filled pop has made them one of Scotland’s most enduring musical exports. Their sixth album, Half Drunk Under A Full Moon, captures the trio at their most colourful and adventurous, pairing sweeping strings, vibrant brass, and theatrical flourishes with the stomping hooks and sing-along energy that first catapulted them to fame. Produced with long-time collaborator Tony Hoffer, the record showcases Jon Fratelli’s instinctive, melody-driven song writing and a newly expanded sonic palette that includes rich backing vocals and recurring storybook characters.
Across the album, The Fratellis bend the classic pop template with flair, weaving together exuberant anthems like “6 Days in June” and cinematic moments such as “Strangers in the Street,” recorded with soul legend P.P. Arnold. Half Drunk Under A Full Moon stands as a testament to the band’s evolution – bigger, brighter, and more imaginative than ever – while staying true to the spirit that has earned them a loyal global audience.
Supported By – The Subways
The Subways bring together the hard guitars and punk attitude, pop’s ear-catching melodies, and the swagger of Brit-pop, evolving from teenage upstarts on the UK music scene into a polished and experienced band without losing their bold personality. Now celebrating 20 years, they’ve marked the milestone with the best-of album When I’m With You, featuring 24 singles and fan favourites plus the new track “I Need To Feel You Closer,” alongside a largely sold-out European tour. With over 1,000 shows across 40 countries and five studio albums behind them, The Subways remain one of the most exciting and explosive live bands on the touring circuit.
