Three years ago today, a beaver family arrived at Trentham and what a journey it’s been! 🦫
From just three Eurasian beavers in 2023 to a thriving family transforming the landscape, they`ve have been busy shaping wetlands, boosting biodiversity, and capturing the hearts of visitors along the way.🌿
This winter’s surveys have revealed exciting new insights into the family, including the discovery of rare black-coated kits. 🖤
As sightings increase with the lighter evenings, now is the perfect time to learn more about their story and how they’re changing Trentham for the better.
