Spring Bulb Festival
Over a million bulbs have been planted for Trentham’s annual Spring Bulb Festival, creating a vibrant and immersive experience throughout the gardens.
Designed by Trentham’s gardening team, the displays evolve through the season. March brings sweeping daffodil displays and early irises and narcissus, while April sees the Italian Gardens burst into colour with fragrant tulips and 20,000 blooms lining the borders. The lakeside walk also comes alive with a rich mix of spring flowers, from bluebells and wood anemones to striking alliums and crown imperials.
New for this year, pick up a free activity leaflet and join a garden mystery led by Claudia Tulip. Follow the trail, meet the suspects, and see if you can spot the weed hiding among the spring bulbs.
