The new shop is around 3 times bigger and has our Cycle Repair Workshop based in store.  We now also stock a wider range of cycling and running brands, including a new range from Ron Hill!

If you are itching to get out running and riding as part of your get fit campaign.  We have a great range of trail running shoes and warm winter running gear.  Along with warm cycling clothing, gloves, hats, and accessories.

Our products and services include running and riding shoes and accessories. Bike brands include Cannondale, Cervelo, Kona, Orange, Focus, Forme, and the fantastic children’s Frog bikes.  We stock running and trail shoes from Asics, Saucony, Altra and Hoka with running clothing from the Ron Hill range. Along with nutrition products, accessories and more.

We offer gait analysis and bike fitting and servicing all under one roof here at Pau Run and Ride. These services can be booked here

FREE Bike Maintenance Class  – At Pau we want you enjoy trouble free cycling, that’s why we are offering a FREE bike maintenance class at our shop on the first Wednesday of every month, 6pm to 7pm which you can book here
