Capabilitea

Why the name Capabilitea? Well, the historians amongst us will have heard of an eighteen-century landscape architect called Lancelot “Capability” Brown. He designed many great gardens including those of Blenheim in Oxfordshire, Chatsworth in Derbyshire, Longleat in Wiltshire, Weston Park here in Staffordshire, and of course our very own Trentham Gardens, and this is where the name for our cosy, atmospheric & shabby chic Tea & Coffee Shop was born.

At Capabilitea we designed our lunch menu with you in mind, from the gorgeous hand-crafted cakes to the selection of flavorsome paninis, all prepared with the finest local ingredients, and complemented with an extensive range of natural leaf teas or smooth aromatic coffee.
