Competition Terms and Conditions

For all Trentham Estate competition terms and conditions, please refer to the below:

1. Member Satisfaction Survey Prize Draw – October 2026

1. Acceptance

  • Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is free and open to current Trentham members who complete the Member Satisfaction Survey during the promotional period.
  • Only one entry per member will be accepted.

3. Prize

  • The prize is 2 adult and 2 child tickets to the Trentham Winter Light Trail Preview Night on Thursday 19 November 2026.
  • The prize is valid for the Winter Light Trail Preview Night on Thursday 19 November 2026 only and is non-transferable.
  • No cash alternative or substitution is available.

4. Prize Draw

  • The prize draw will take place after the survey closing date.
  • One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
  • The winner will be notified via the email address associated with their membership or provided when completing the survey.

5. General

  • Trentham reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time.
  • Personal data will be processed in accordance with Trentham’s Privacy Policy and used solely for administering the prize draw.
  • If the winner does not respond within 14 days of being contacted, Trentham reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

2. Quarterly Day Tickets Satisfaction Survey

1. Acceptance

  • Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is free and open to individuals who provide a valid email address.
  • One entry per person per survey period unless otherwise stated.

3. Prize

  • The prize is two Standard Trentham memberships.
  • The prize is valid on Standard memberships only and cannot be exchanged or upgraded.
  • No cash alternative or substitution is available.

4. Prize Draw

  • The prize draw is annual and will take place each December.
  • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
  • Winners will be notified via the email address provided.

5. General

  • Trentham reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time.
  • Personal data will be processed in accordance with Trentham’s privacy policy and used solely for administering the competition.
