Competition Terms and Conditions
For all Trentham Estate competition terms and conditions, please refer to the below:
1. Trentham Live Post-Event Survey
1. Acceptance
- Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
- Entry is free and open to individuals who complete the Trentham Live Post-Event Survey and provide a valid email address.
- One entry per person per survey period unless otherwise stated.
3. Prize
- The prize is one 4-day VIP pass to Trentham Live 2027.
- The prize is valid for Trentham Live 2027 only and cannot be exchanged or upgraded.
- No cash alternative or substitution is available.
4. Prize Draw
- The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries during the week commencing 31 August 2026.
- The winner will be notified via the email address provided.
5. General
- Trentham reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time.
- Personal data will be processed in accordance with Trentham’s privacy policy and used solely for administering the competition.
2. Quarterly Day Tickets Satisfaction Survey
1. Acceptance
- Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
- Entry is free and open to individuals who provide a valid email address.
- One entry per person per survey period unless otherwise stated.
3. Prize
- The prize is two Standard Trentham memberships.
- The prize is valid on Standard memberships only and cannot be exchanged or upgraded.
- No cash alternative or substitution is available.
4. Prize Draw
- The prize draw is annual and will take place each December.
- Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
- Winners will be notified via the email address provided.
5. General
- Trentham reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time.
