Competition Terms and Conditions

For all Trentham Estate competition terms and conditions, please refer to the below:

1. Classic & Retro Car Show Survey Prize Draw

1. Acceptance

  • Entry into the prize draw is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is free and open to individuals aged 18 or over who complete the Classic & Retro Car Show survey and provide a valid email address.
  • Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.

3. Prize

  • The prize is one family ticket (admitting two adults and two children) to the Halloween Half Term in the Gardens event, running from 24 October to 1 November 2026.
  • Tickets are subject to availability.
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and has no cash alternative.
  • Any additional costs associated with attending the event, including travel, accommodation, food and refreshments, are the responsibility of the winner.

4. Prize Draw

  • One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
  • The winner will be selected during the week commencing 29 June 2026.
  • The winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry.
  • If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, an alternative winner may be selected.

5. General

  • The organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • Personal data will be processed in accordance with the organiser’s privacy policy and will be used solely for administering the survey and prize draw.

2. Summer Concerts Survey Prize Draw

1. Acceptance

  • Entry into the prize draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is free and open to individuals who complete and submit the Summer Concerts survey.
  • Entries must be submitted by the survey closing date specified in the survey communications.
  • Only one entry per person will be accepted.
  • Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

3. Prize

  • The prize consists of a family ticket (2 adults and 2 children) to the Winter Light Trail 2026 at Trentham.
  • The prize is subject to availability and must be redeemed on a date selected by the winner from the available Winter Light Trail dates.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or upgraded.
  • No cash alternative is available.

4. Prize Draw

  • All eligible survey respondents will be automatically entered into the prize draw upon completion of the survey.
  • The prize draw will close following the final Summer Concert event on 25 July 2026.
  • The winner will be selected at random during the week commencing 27 July 2026 from all eligible entries received across the Summer Concert series.
  • The winner will be notified via the email address provided when completing the survey.
  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, Trentham Estate reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

5. General

  • Trentham Estate reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the prize draw at any time without prior notice.
  • Personal data will be processed in accordance with Trentham Estate’s privacy policy and used solely for administering the prize draw.
  • Trentham Estate’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

3. Trentham Live £100 Survey Voucher Prize

1. Eligibility

  • Open to UK residents aged 18+.
  • Entrants must have a confirmed Trentham Live booking (20 – 23 August 2026).
  • One entry per booking. Employees of the promoter are not eligible.

2. How to Enter

  • Complete the required survey to enter, ensuring email address is submitted.
  • Incomplete or duplicate entries may be disqualified.

3. Prize

  • One winner will receive a £100 voucher to use only on the night of their Trentham Live booking.
  • Voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Winner Selection

  • Winner chosen at random from eligible entries on Friday 14 August.
  • Winner will be contacted using the details on their booking.
  • If the winner does not respond within the stated timeframe, another winner may be selected.

5. Voucher Use

  • Redeemable at designated onsite bars, merchandise outlets, and food & beverage vendors.
  • Any unused balance at the end of the event is forfeited.
  • Lost or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced.

6. General

  • The promoter may amend or cancel the promotion if necessary.
  • By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
  • Personal data will be used only for administering the prize draw and handled per the promoter’s privacy policy.

3. Quarterly Day Tickets Satisfaction Survey

1. Acceptance

  • Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is free and open to individuals who provide a valid email address.
  • One entry per person per survey period unless otherwise stated.

3. Prize

  • The prize is two Standard Trentham memberships.
  • The prize is valid on Standard memberships only and cannot be exchanged or upgraded.
  • No cash alternative or substitution is available.

4. Prize Draw

  • The prize draw is annual and will take place each December.
  • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
  • Winners will be notified via the email address provided.

5. General

  • Trentham reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time.
  • Personal data will be processed in accordance with Trentham’s privacy policy and used solely for administering the competition.
