Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions for 29 Reasons to Love Trentham Competition

1. Eligibility

Open to UK residents (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 and over.
Employees of Trentham Estate and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

2. Entry Mechanism

To enter, participants must fill in the online form on the Trentham website and share the reason they love Trentham.
The competition link will be available in social campaigns and posts by Trentham.

3. Competition Period

Entries accepted until midday on Tuesday 27th February.

4. Prize

A copy of Trentham’s new Guidebook, to be collected from Trentham’s Visitor Centre from Friday 1 March.

5. Winner Selection

The winner will be chosen by representatives of Trentham based on the reasons shared.

6. Data Privacy

Participation in the competition is consent for Trentham to process personal data as per GDPR regulations.
Data used for the competition will be hosted on Woobox.
Participants opting into the mailing list will have their data exported to Mailchimp.
All other data will be deleted within 6 months post-competition and prize claim.

7. Promotion and Usage Rights

Trentham reserves the right to share any stories related to Trentham for promotional purposes.
Photos taken as part of the prize may be used by Trentham for promotional, marketing, or commercial purposes.

8. Disqualification

Participants may be disqualified for actions deemed damaging to Trentham Estate at Trentham.

9. Liability and Indemnity

Trentham holds rights to the reasons submitted for marketing and promotional use.

10. Contact and Notification

Winner will be notified via email after the competition closes.
If no response is received within 60 days, the prize will be redrawn.

11. General

Trentham reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
Participation in the competition implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions for Weddings At Trentham Engagement Shoot Competition

1. Eligibility

Open to UK residents (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 and over.
Employees of Trentham Estate, Richardson Video, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

2. Entry Mechanism

To enter, participants must fill in the online form on the Trentham website and share their engagement story.
A ‘bonus entry’ can be earned by leaving an engagement photo in the comments along with reasons for loving Trentham.
The competition link will be available in social campaigns and posts by Trentham and Richardson Video.

3. Competition Period

Entries accepted until 31 January 2024.

4. Prize

A 90-minute engagement shoot by a local photographer from Richardson Video at Trentham Estate, worth approximately £300.
Shoot is subject to availability and valid for 6 months from the end of January.
Photos provided in an online gallery, fully edited, up to 6 weeks after the shoot.

5. Winner Selection

The winner will be chosen by representatives of Trentham and Richardson Video based on the engagement stories shared.

6. Data Privacy

Participation in the competition is consent for Trentham to process personal data as per GDPR regulations.
Data used for the competition will be hosted on Woobox.

Trentham Fairy Quest Form Entry

By entering this prize draw you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The prize draw is open to members of the public aged 18 years and over and residents of the UK only, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.

Proof of age, identity and eligibility may be requested.

The Winner will receive one of Robin Wight’s Dandelion Wish sculptures (approximately 6 ft) worth £1,000.

The competition opens 10am Friday 17 February 2023 and closes midnight Sunday 1 October 2023.

Winners will be contacted by Trentham Estate and have up to 7 days to claim their prize. Any claims after this may not be accepted and an alternative winner will be selected.

Entrance to Trentham Gardens is subject to the venue’s ticket terms and conditions and entrance times.

Travel and accommodation costs, or any other costs are not included in the prize.

Trentham Estate reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to refuse entry and to close and/or alter all or any part of the facilities for technical, operational, health and safety.

The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

The prizes may not be resold, transferred or used for commercial gain.

The prize must be collected from The Trentham Estate.

Entrants agree that Trentham Estate’s decisions in relation to this prize draw shall be final in every situation, including any not mentioned above, and no correspondence (except for notifying the winners) will be entered into.

Trentham Estate reserves the right to cancel or change the prize draw or amend these Terms and Conditions at any stage in its absolute discretion.

In providing this prize draw, Trentham Estate shall not be responsible for any event that is beyond its reasonable control.

The prize draw is governed exclusively by the laws and courts of the United Kingdom and not associated with Facebook (Meta), Twitter and Instagram in any way.

Trentham Live Ticket Competition – Win £14 Tickets For Manic Street Preachers

By entering this prize draw you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Proof of attendance at the 1998 Manic Street Preachers concert at Trentham Estate on 21 September 1998 will be required.

Proof of age, identity and eligibility may be requested.

1 entry per person is permitted.

Proof of evidence must be genuine. Photographs of tickets from the internet are not allowed. We reserve to right to disqualify entries based on validity checks.

The 14 Winner’s will receive 1 general admission ticket each for the Manic Street Preachers performance at Trentham Live on Saturday 18 august 2024.

The competition opens 10am Tuesday 20 February 2024 and the draw closes once 14 successful applicants have submitted proof of purchase.

Trentham Estate cannot be responsible for late or invalid entries.

The 14 Winner’s will be selected manually on a first come first served basThe Winner’s will be contacted by Trentham Estate within 5 days of submission and have up to 7 days to claim their prize; any claims after this may not be accepted and an alternative winner will be selected.

Winners will be invited to participate in photo/interview opportunities in relation to the giveaway. This is not essential and will not effect winner selection. No expenses will be payable for participation in related media.
