Father Christmas FAQs

Yes, there is a ramp to access the grotto and enough space for a wheelchair inside.

Each ticket includes a meet and greet with Father Christmas and his friends. Each paying child will leave the Grotto with a soft toy.

Siblings and friends are welcome in the Grotto at the same time but all children must have a ticket before entering the Grotto. Up to 8 children can be booked on to one slot.

If you would like your baby to receive a present from Father Christmas and/or they are the only child entering the Grotto, you will need to purchase a ticket. If your baby is going in with another child and they do not receive a gift then they will not need to purchase a ticket.

Father Christmas’ Grotto is located in the retail village in between The Works and L’Occitane.

Refunds are only available if the Grotto is forced to close for any reason. There will be an option to book on to an alternative day, subject to availability. If you are late for your time slot, we cannot offer a refund.
