Father Christmas FAQs

Yes, there is a ramp to access the grotto and enough space for a wheelchair inside.

Each ticket includes a meet and greet with Father Christmas and his friends. Each paying child will leave the Grotto with a soft toy.

Siblings and friends are welcome in the Grotto at the same time but all children must have a ticket before entering the Grotto. Up to 8 children can be booked on to one slot.

If you would like your baby to receive a present from Father Christmas and/or they are the only child entering the Grotto, you will need to purchase a ticket. If your baby is going in with another child and they do not receive a gift then they will not need to purchase a ticket.

Trentham has a free car park with accessible, parent & child and EV & Tesla electric charging spaces available.

Father Christmas’ Grotto is located in the retail village in between The Works and L’Occitane.

Please note that there are 2 separate grottos running on site at Trentham. Trentham’s grotto has no connection with Blue Dimond’s Garden Centre Grotto. Please ensure your tickets are booked for Trentham’s Father Christmas Grotto before arriving.

Refunds are only available if the Grotto is forced to close for any reason. There will be an option to book on to an alternative day, subject to availability. If you are late for your time slot, we cannot offer a refund.

We advise you arrive 10 minutes early for your slot. If you miss your allocated time slot we cannot issue a refund.

All tickets must be bought in advance. No tickets are available to buy on the day.

All tickets will be emailed to you via the email address provided at checkout.
