Trentham is the perfect destination for an enjoyable family day out this May half term, offering a wide range of exciting activities and fun for all.
Disc Golf
Explore our 9-hole disc golf course nestled in the beautiful woodlands of Trentham Gardens. Perfect for families and beginners, yet challenging enough for seasoned players, the course offers stunning views of the gardens and lake.
Free Disc Golf hire for half-term week! Usually £5 per disc. Usual gardens admission applies.
Adventure Playground
A haven for energetic children, the playground features the Altitude Tower, a climbing wall, thrilling slides, and a variety of interactive elements designed to inspire and entertain. The more adventurous can take on the zipline, or test their balance on the slackline!
Included in gardens admission.
Hide and Speak Maze
Within the Hide and Speak Maze, you’ll discover special talking pipes. Shout through them to help you to find your way. Discover a range of flowering meadows with bug hotels attracting lots of interesting seasonally active insects including hoverflies, bees, butterflies, moths, damselflies and beetles as you explore.

Barefoot Walk
We dare you to brave the Barefoot Walk! Tantalise your toes with an array of testing textures including mud, bark, grass and pebbles.

Lake Adventures
Other Trentham experiences on offer include a scenic cruise on Trentham’s tranquil lake aboard the Miss Elizabeth, an all-electric catamaran, or the Trentham Fern miniature train for a charming ride along the water’s edge.
Lake Cruises are an additional £3 per person, and train rides are £2.50 return. Usual gardens admission applies.
Fairy Quest
Magical adventures await with the Fairy Quest Activity Pack, giving families the opportunity to search high and low to discover all 21 of Trentham’s enchanting fairies.
