A day focused on charities, local businesses, and communities across Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire. Families can meet real-life heroes from the emergency services, watch exciting demonstrations, sit inside vehicles, and take part in interactive activities with the police, fire, ambulance services, and more.

Last year, this event sold out quickly, so we recommend booking tickets online in advance to secure your place. On-the-day entry will be subject to availability.

Yes. Members are required to book a ticket in advance. Tickets must be purchased before the event, and Trentham members without a ticket will not be admitted until 4pm. Anyone without a ticket will be able to enter the gardens from 4pm once the event has finished, with limited access due to vehicle movement.

Absolutely. This is a family-friendly event designed for all ages, with plenty of interactive activities for younger visitors.

Yes. Food and drink will be available with options for all dietary requirements. You’re also welcome to bring a picnic. Food shops, cafés and restaurants in Trentham Shopping Village will be open throughout the day. With your event ticket, you can come and go between the gardens and shopping village.

Yes. Many stalls run by charities and community groups will be offering “have-a-go” activities, with some asking for a small donation. Please note that the café within the gardens is card only.

Trentham offers ample free on-site parking for visitors.

Yes. Well-behaved dogs on short 2-metre leads are welcome in the gardens and at the event.

The event will go ahead in all weather conditions. Please dress appropriately for the day.
