Enjoy a safe visit

The safety and wellbeing of our visitors, team members and retail partners continues to be our top priority. We are following Government guidance and will be operating continued Covid-19 safety measures.

If you have tested positive for Covid-19, been asked to self-isolate or someone you’re due to visit with shows symptoms, please don’t visit, instead isolate. If you develop symptoms during your visit, we ask that you end your visit immediately and observe social distancing at all times.

We have enhanced checks and cleaning throughout the Estate to ensure visitors can feel as safe as possible.

Covid-19 Policy

St. Modwen Properties plc (“St. Modwen”) and Trentham Leisure Ltd are committed to ensuring that the continual guidance and instructions from Government bodies and industry committees is adopted and implemented to the highest standard across all our operations. This commitment to put people’s health and safety first, before anything else, is embedded into our Values. We will co-operate wherever appropriate with contractors, customers and other third parties to pursue our policy of safe working during and beyond the COVID-19 restrictions.

The safety of our staff, our volunteers and visitors is our priority. We have a number of measures in place, as outlined, to ensure we can continue to keep everyone as safe as possible:

• Pre-booking system for day visitors
• Support the Government Test and Trace and enable visitors to check in.
• Regular cleaning on-site for toilets and touchpoints.
• Staff issued with PPE and Perspex screens where required.
