Tickets can be purchased in advance via the Trentham website.

No. All tickets must be booked online in advance. Tickets will not be available to purchase at the Grotto on the day.

Your tickets will be sent to the email address you used when making your booking. Please check your junk or spam folder if you can’t find them in your inbox.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your booked time slot to allow plenty of time to check in. Unfortunately, if you miss your allocated slot, we are unable to offer refunds or transfers.

If your baby is the only child visiting Santa or you would like them to receive a gift, a ticket must be purchased. Babies accompanying a ticket-holding child who are not receiving a gift do not require a ticket.

Yes! Siblings and friends are welcome to visit Santa together. However, every child entering the Grotto must have a valid ticket. A maximum of eight children can be booked per time slot.

Each ticket includes a magical meet and greet with Santa and his festive friends. Every paying child will also receive a cuddly soft toy to take home and reindeer food.

If you would like your baby to receive a present from Father Christmas and/or they are the only child entering the Grotto, you will need to purchase a ticket. If your baby is going in with another child and they do not receive a gift then they will not need to purchase a ticket.

Siblings and friends are welcome in the Grotto at the same time but all children must have a ticket before entering the Grotto. Up to 8 children can be booked on to one slot.

The Grotto is located in the shopping village in between The Works and White Ribbon Boutique.

Yes, there is a ramp to access the grotto and enough space for a wheelchair inside.

Refunds are only available if the Grotto is forced to close for any reason. There will be an option to book on to an alternative day, subject to availability. If you are late for your time slot, we cannot offer a refund.
