Group Visits FAQs

There must be a minimum of 12 visitors. This does not include the coach driver.  

To make a booking please complete the online group booking form and return to groups@trentham.co.uk 

Call or email our dedicated group bookings team on 01782 646646 or groups@trentham.co.uk and a member of the team will be in touch as soon as possible to discuss your trip. 

All coach drivers receive a £5 voucher that can be redeemed at selected dining outlets on site. See what’s on site before you visit.  

Unfortunately, Gardens admission for groups cannot be used to obtain a membership. 

For group visits, we allow one coach driver (per coach), one organiser (per coach) and eligible companions of disabled visitors to go free of charge. 

You can book a group visit at any time of year, provided we are open as usual and there is availability. Visit our opening times page for further information and plan your visit today.

There is lots to explore at Trentham, from the Gardens and Shopping Village to the Garden Centre and partner attractions.  

We would recommend a minimum of 5 hours for a group visit, to make sure there’s plenty of time to explore. We also recommend allowing 15 minutes to return to the coach car park from the Gardens at the end of the visit.
