- This promotion is valid exclusively from Friday, 29th November, to Monday, 2nd December, during which time tickets must be purchased to qualify for the discount.
- Discounted tickets purchased as part of this promotion provide access to Trentham Gardens on a specific selected date, as outlined below.
- Booking Requirements:
- Tickets must be booked online through the Trentham Gardens website to be eligible for the Black Friday sale discount.
- A specific date for garden entry must be chosen at the time of purchase. This date is required to be within the range from 29th November to 31st January and cannot extend beyond 31st January.
- Customers should ensure that they choose their desired date carefully as the selected date cannot be amended or changed after the booking is complete. Once the booking is confirmed, tickets are non-modifiable and are limited to the date selected.
- Validity of Tickets:
- Tickets are valid only for the specified date chosen during the online booking process and cannot be transferred to another date.
- If visitors are unable to attend on their chosen date, tickets will not be valid on an alternative day, nor can they be refunded or exchanged.
- Tickets must be redeemed on the selected date for standard garden entry only and do not provide access to any additional events, premium services, or activities that may incur extra fees.
- Offer Restrictions:
- This Black Friday sale discount cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, discounts, or vouchers. The £6 ticket price is the final discounted price and is not eligible for further reductions.
