Tickets are sold in line with our Terms & Conditions and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
If you selected Ticket Refund Protection at the time of booking through Secure My Booking, you may be entitled to a refund if you are unable to attend. Currently for our production of We Will Rock You there are 800 padded seats with the front section on the flat and the rear section tiered.
The Big Top Arena features comfortable, theatre-style seating throughout.
The rear section has tiered, padded polycarbonate seating with clear views of the stage, while the front flat section offers individual padded chairs for a classic theatre feel. This layout was chosen to maximise comfort and create a premium, immersive experience.
We recommend arriving 30–45 minutes before the performance start time to allow time for parking, entry, and seating.
Late arrivals may be admitted at a suitable break in the performance.
The Big Top Arena is currently located at the top of the shopping village, adjacent to the Trentham Ferris Wheel.
Yes. The Big Top Arena is a fully covered and heated temporary performance venue, designed for all-year-round live productions.
