Concerts will still go ahead in inclement weather conditions and are never cancelled more than 12 hours ahead of the event start time as the weather can change rapidly. Please check the weather forecast in advance and be prepared for the Great British summer. These events will only be cancelled if the weather conditions present a danger at the time of the concert.

Visitors accept the risk that weather they consider unsatisfactory may occur on a concert night and acknowledge that tickets will not be exchanged or refunded unless a concert is cancelled by The Trentham Estate. In the unlikely event that a concert is cancelled, we will aim to give as much notice as possible, so please keep an eye out for information on the website and social media channels.
