Trentham Christmas Festival FAQs

It is free to visit the event for members between 10am – 4pm (last entry 3pm). The evening event will begin at 5pm. This is chargeable for all visitors. £12 for adults, £7 for children and £30 for a family of 4. Adults members can claim 10% off admission by logging into their account. Proof of membership will be required at point of entry for discounted tickets.

The gardens will be closed at 4pm, last entry at 3pm. The evening event will open at 5pm.

If you have visited the gardens in the day and have tickets for the evening then we would highly recommend visiting one of our onsite eateries and shops to complete your festive experience!

On the 16 and 17 of December as well as all the everyday garden experiences, live Christmas music from brass bands and choirs will take place throughout the day. A Christmas market and vintage fayre ground rides will line the Italian gardens and professional ice sculptors will carve in an interactive ‘chip and chat’.

Christmas market stalls and fayre ground rides will line the Italian gardens, visitors can enjoy live Christmas music, Christmas walk about performers, an ice sculpture trail, live ice carving, festive food and beverage and meet Father Christmas!

Tickets are available to buy at the Visitor Centre, however we encourage prebooked tickets as there are a limited number of tickets and once these have sold out you will be turned away. Prebooking tickets will also ensure you a quicker entrance.

For accessible customers, your entry ticket will include 1 free companion ticket. You may be asked for proof of disability at the ticket office.

Yes! Dogs are allowed on a short lead. Extendable leads are not advised and must remain on the shortest possible length.
