We know the British weather can be unpredictable, but don’t let a rainy day dampen your visit! With our Rain Day Return Guarantee, you can return for a discounted rate if heavy rain impacts your day out.
How it works
If your visit coincides with a ‘rainy day’, defined as at least two hours of continuous rain between 10am and 3pm on the day of your visit, you’ll be eligible for 50% off a return visit within 60 days.

Claiming your rainy day return
- Keep your original visit receipt.
- Check this page below to see if your visit date qualifies as a ‘rainy day.’
- Return within 60 days and enjoy 50% off your general admission ticket.
Things to know
- This offer applies to general admission tickets only.
- Not valid for ticketed events, private bookings, or special promotions.
- Excludes group bookings, RHS, and third-party tickets.
- Discount is non-transferable and must be used by the original ticket holder(s).
- Valid against membership upgrades at the reduced ticket rate (within 14 days of your return visit).
