How to book tickets?

Trentham Gardens tickets must be purchased in person at the Visitor Centre. Gold Heart Pin Badge holders can enjoy free entry on selected dates, but must still collect a ticket in person. The Gold Heart Pin Badge must be shown on arrival to validate the offer.

Terms and conditions

• We are proud to be part of the Gold Heart Pin Badge scheme, issued by NHS Blood and Transplant to families who have supported a loved one in making the decision to become an organ donor. As part of this scheme, we offer free entry to Trentham Gardens for Gold Heart Pin Badge holders.
• Free entry can only be granted on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays after 9am.
• Tickets must be collected from the Visitor Centre, located at the North Entrance only.
• This offer cannot be used for online purchases or on days where we are running special events/activities or on Bank Holidays. Please check our website before you travel for details of any special events or activities that are scheduled.
• Visitors must bring their ‘yes’ engraved Gold Heart Pin Badge and present that to our staff for inspection. Please note a badge alone will not be accepted as proof of eligibility for this offer.
