You can easily renew your membership online or in person at the Visitor Centre (see our opening times) on your next visit.

You don’t need to do anything until you receive your renewal notice approximately 7 days before your membership expiry.

Yes, members are able to receive discounted day tickets for friends and family they bring with them. Members can simply log in to our website and use the members’ section to access and purchase these discounted tickets.

7 days before your membership is due to expire we will send you a renewal reminder with options to renew.

Unfortunately, you’ll need to wait until your membership is up for renewal before upgrading. 

If you are a new gold or platinum member your two day tickets will be assigned when you make your purchase, please collect at the Visitor Centre with proof of your purchase. 

Guest tickets are restricted to daytime visits only and cannot be used for ticketed events or out of hours visits. 

Simply hand over the guest passes on arrival at the Visitor Centre and these will be registered on your account as redeemed. We cannot allow your guests access without the passes. 

No, there is not an option available to freeze memberships. 

Yes, you’ll need to present eligible documents when you need to join or renew. Accessible memberships can only be purchased at the Visitor Centre. We are unable to change any memberships that have been brought previously online to an accessible membership. 

Tesco vouchers can only be redeemed for standard memberships. Please note that once memberships are purchased using Tesco vouchers, we are unable to make changes or offer refunds.

You can now download your membership to your wallet. It is important to have your membership at all times when visiting, especially out of hours.

Please check with the team at the Visitor Centre to see if your card has been handed in. If it hasn’t, there will be a small admin fee to cover the cost of a replacement card.

In the meantime, you can also access your digital membership card on your smart device for entry which is free of charge. Please make sure you register for an online account to be able to download this.

Yes, you can upgrade on the day of your visit. The ticket can be used towards to the cost of any of the memberships but must be redeemed on the same category; adult, child, senior or student.

There is no need for a separate companion as the companion card cannot be used without the person requiring assistance.

Your access and benefits will be suspended. The outstanding balance needs to be settled within 21 days or your membership will be cancelled. To settle the outstanding balance, visit your online account or speak to one of the team at the Visitor Centre. The auto-renewal discount, eligible on gold and platinum memberships only, is via card payment only.

No, we are unable to upgrade to a gold membership once a standard membership has been purchased with Tesco vouchers.

Yes, if you contact us within 14 days of purchase, we’ll change it for free. After 14 days, an admin fee applies to switch to a different membership type.
