You don’t need to do anything until you receive your renewal notice approximately 7 days before your membership expiry.

Yes, members are able to receive 15% discount on day tickets for friends and family you bring with you.* To do this online, simply log into your membership account, add the number of day tickets you want to buy to your basket, and use promo.

* Valid for family and friends visiting with a full paying adult member on presentation of membership card at the entrance.

7 days before your membership is due to expire we will send you a renewal reminder with options to renew.

Unfortunately, you’ll need to wait until your membership is up for renewal before upgrading. 

The disabled membership includes a companion membership valued at £71. 

If you are a new gold or platinum member your two day tickets will be assigned when you make your purchase, please collect at the Visitor Centre with proof of your purchase. 

Guest tickets are restricted to daytime visits only and cannot be used for ticketed events or out of hours visits. 

Simply hand over the guest passes on arrival at the Visitor Centre and these will be registered on your account as redeemed. We cannot allow your guests access without the passes. 

You will not receive the 2 free guests on this occasion. This is for renewals from 22 March 2024 and new customers only. 

Provide your membership card to the crew members. 

No, there is not an option available to freeze memberships. 

Yes, you’ll need to present these documents again upon renewal, recognizing that disabled status and assistance required may change. 

Tesco vouchers can only be redeemed on standard memberships.

We’ve made some changes to our membership packages and the way that customers can pay for them. With three different packages, Platinum, Gold and Standard, customers can now tailor a membership at Trentham to suit their needs and budget.

Everyone who’s currently an existing member on 22 March 2024, will automatically become a Gold member and there’s no need to take any further action.

You can now download your membership to your wallet. It is important to have your membership at all times when visiting, especially out of hours. Alternatively, during opening hours ask at the counter to be permitted entry. You will need to provide your surname and postcode.

Please check with the team at the Visitor Centre to see if it has been handed in. If not, then you will need to pay the cost of a replacement card which is the equivalent price of a day ticket.

Yes, you can upgrade on the day of your visit. The ticket can be used towards to the cost of any of the memberships but must be redeemed on the same category; adult, child, senior or student.

There is no need for a separate companion as the companion card cannot be used without the person requiring assistance.

Your access and benefits will be suspended. To settle the outstanding balance, visit your online account or speak to one of the team at the Visitor Centre.

If your child is aged 3-15, they will still need a membership card. Their companion will need to purchase relevant membership or a day ticket.
