Competition Terms and Conditions

For all Trentham Estate competition terms and conditions, please refer to the below:

1. Trentham Live £100 Survey Voucher Prize

1. Eligibility

  • Open to UK residents aged 18+.
  • Entrants must have a confirmed Trentham Live booking (20 – 23 August 2026).
  • One entry per booking. Employees of the promoter are not eligible.

2. How to Enter

  • Complete the required survey to enter, ensuring email address is submitted.
  • Incomplete or duplicate entries may be disqualified.

3. Prize

  • One winner will receive a £100 voucher to use only on the night of their Trentham Live booking.
  • Voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Winner Selection

  • Winner chosen at random from eligible entries on Friday 14 August.
  • Winner will be contacted using the details on their booking.
  • If the winner does not respond within the stated timeframe, another winner may be selected.

5. Voucher Use

  • Redeemable at designated onsite bars, merchandise outlets, and food & beverage vendors.
  • Any unused balance at the end of the event is forfeited.
  • Lost or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced.

6. General

  • The promoter may amend or cancel the promotion if necessary.
  • By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
  • Personal data will be used only for administering the prize draw and handled per the promoter’s privacy policy.

2. Quarterly Day Tickets Satisfaction Survey

1. Acceptance

  • Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is free and open to individuals who provide a valid email address.
  • One entry per person per survey period unless otherwise stated.

3. Prize

  • The prize is two Standard Trentham memberships.
  • The prize is valid on Standard memberships only and cannot be exchanged or upgraded.
  • No cash alternative or substitution is available.

4. Prize Draw

  • The prize draw is annual and will take place each December.
  • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
  • Winners will be notified via the email address provided.

5. General

  • Trentham reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time.
  • Personal data will be processed in accordance with Trentham’s privacy policy and used solely for administering the competition.

3. Trentham Prize Terms – Gandeys Circus Competition

  • The prize includes one family day ticket to Trentham Gardens for 2 adults and 2 children.
  • The ticket is valid for standard daytime garden admission only.
  • The ticket excludes entry to special events, activity days, paid experiences, attractions, and third-party events unless stated otherwise.
  • The ticket must be redeemed by Tuesday 31 March 2026.
  • The ticket has no cash alternative, is non-transferable, and cannot be resold.
  • Travel, food, and any additional on-site purchases are not included.
  • Trentham Gardens accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or expired tickets.
  • Subject to availability and Trentham Gardens’ standard terms of entry.
