Competition Terms and Conditions

For all Trentham Estate competition terms and conditions, please refer to the below:

1. Trentham Live £100 Survey Voucher Prize

1. Eligibility

  • Open to UK residents aged 18+.
  • Entrants must have a confirmed Trentham Live booking (20 – 23 August 2026).
  • One entry per booking. Employees of the promoter are not eligible.

2. How to Enter

  • Complete the required survey to enter, ensuring email address is submitted.
  • Incomplete or duplicate entries may be disqualified.

3. Prize

  • One winner will receive a £100 voucher to use only on the night of their Trentham Live booking.
  • Voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Winner Selection

  • Winner chosen at random from eligible entries on Friday 14 August.
  • Winner will be contacted using the details on their booking.
  • If the winner does not respond within the stated timeframe, another winner may be selected.

5. Voucher Use

  • Redeemable at designated onsite bars, merchandise outlets, and food & beverage vendors.
  • Any unused balance at the end of the event is forfeited.
  • Lost or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced.

6. General

  • The promoter may amend or cancel the promotion if necessary.
  • By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
  • Personal data will be used only for administering the prize draw and handled per the promoter’s privacy policy.

2. Quarterly Day Tickets Satisfaction Survey

1. Acceptance

  • Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is free and open to individuals who provide a valid email address.
  • One entry per person per survey period unless otherwise stated.

3. Prize

  • The prize is two Standard Trentham memberships.
  • The prize is valid on Standard memberships only and cannot be exchanged or upgraded.
  • No cash alternative or substitution is available.

4. Prize Draw

  • The prize draw is annual and will take place each December.
  • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
  • Winners will be notified via the email address provided.

5. General

  • Trentham reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time.
  • Personal data will be processed in accordance with Trentham’s privacy policy and used solely for administering the competition.

3. Your Membership Plans Survey – Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance

  • Entry into the prize draw is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is free and open to individuals aged 18 or over who complete the Your Membership Plans survey as a non-renewed member and provide a valid email address.
  • Only one entry per person per survey period is permitted unless otherwise stated.

3. Prize

  • The prize is one £25 gift voucher.
  • The gift voucher is subject to the standard gift voucher terms and conditions as set out by the issuer and applies in full to this prize. These include, but are not limited to:
    • Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
    • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other monetary value.
    • Vouchers may not be topped up or used to purchase other vouchers.
    • Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
    • Vouchers may only be redeemed online and at the issuer’s visitor centre on eligible products and experiences.
    • Other restrictions on redemption, expiry and use apply as per the issuer’s terms.
  • The voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash alternative.

4. Prize Draw

  • The prize draw will take place after the survey closes on Thursday 30 April.
  • One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
  • The winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry.
  • If the winner does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, an alternative winner may be selected.

5. General

  • The organiser reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • Personal data will be processed in accordance with the organiser’s privacy policy and will be used solely for administering the survey and prize draw.

4. Love Trentham Trail Competition

1. Acceptance

  • Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is free and open to individuals who complete the Love Trentham Trail sheet in full and hand it in at the Visitor Centre between 14 February and 23 February inclusive.
  • Only one completed trail sheet entry per person will be accepted unless otherwise stated.

    3. Prize

    • The prize is a family ticket to The Great British Food Festival and a cuddly toy (black swan) from the Trentham Gift Shop.
    • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or upgraded.
    • No cash alternative or substitution is available.

    4. Prize Draw

    • The competition opens on 14 February and closes on 23 February.
    • The prize draw will take place after 23 February.
    • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
    • Winners will be notified using the contact details provided on the completed trail sheet.

    5. General

    • Trentham reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time.
    • Personal data will be processed in accordance with Trentham’s privacy policy and used solely for administering the competition.

    5. #LoveTrentham Social Competition

    1. Acceptance

    • Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

    2. Eligibility

    • Entry is free and open to individuals who share their #LoveTrentham moments on social media during the competition period.
    • Entrants must ensure their post is publicly visible and includes the hashtag #LoveTrentham.
    • Only one entry per person will be accepted unless otherwise stated.

    3. Prize

    • The prize is a Standard Trentham Membership.
    • The prize is valid on Standard Memberships only and cannot be exchanged or upgraded.
    • No cash alternative or substitution is available.

    4. Prize Draw

    • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.
    • The winner will be contacted via direct message on the social media platform used to enter.
    • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternative winner may be selected.
    • The competition opens on 14 February and closes on 23 February.
    • The prize draw will take place after 23 February.

    5. General

    • Trentham reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and the validity of entries.
    • Trentham reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time.
    • Personal data will be processed in accordance with Trentham’s privacy policy and used solely for administering the competition.
