Black Friday Offer 2025 – Terms & Conditions 

Effective Date: 28 November 2025 

1. Promotional Offer 

• During the Black Friday sale, customers can purchase a £100 Gift Voucher for £80 (normally £80 = £80 value). 
• This promotion is valid exclusively from Friday 28 November to Monday 1 December 2025. The Gift Voucher must be purchased within this period to qualify for the enhanced value. 
• The discounted Gift Voucher may be redeemed by Tuesday 31 March against: 
• Trentham memberships (Standard, Gold and Platinum) 
• Trentham Gardens Day Tickets 
• Items in the Trentham Gift Shop 
• Selected events, including Santa’s Grotto, Dusk Beaver Safari, Weekend Beaver Safari, The Red Bus Tour, and other eligible events available on the Trentham website. This does not include tickets on sale via Ticketmaster and SeeTickets (Summer Concerts, Trentham Live and Winter Light Trail). 

2. Purchase & Booking Requirements 

• The Gift Voucher can be purchased online through the Trentham website. 
• The Gift Voucher can be used at the Visitor Centre or online at trentham.co.uk. Multiple items may be purchased in a single transaction. Any unused credit will remain on the voucher until the expiry date. After the expiry date, any remaining balance will be lost and the voucher will no longer be valid.
• When redeeming the Gift Voucher for a Day Ticket or event, a specific date must be chosen at the time of booking. 
• Dates available for redemption range from Saturday 29 November 2025 to Tuesday 31 March 2026. The vouchers will expiry after Tuesday 31 March. We have no obligation to remind you of a Gift Voucher’s expiry date. Once a Gift Voucher has expired, it cannot be used and any balance on the Gift Voucher will be retained by us. It is your responsibility to ensure that any balance on a Gift Voucher is used in full prior to the expiry date. 
• Customers should select their membership, day ticket, or event date carefully, as once confirmed, bookings are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be amended. 

3. Validity of Gift Vouchers & Tickets 

• The Gift Voucher is valid until Tuesday 31 March 2026 from the date of purchase, including the purchase date. 
• Once redeemed, tickets and memberships are valid only for the specific date or membership period selected at the time of booking. 
• If visitors are unable to attend on the chosen date, tickets will not be valid on an alternative date, nor can they be refunded or exchanged. 
• Gift Vouchers purchased through this promotion can be redeemed against memberships, event tickets and day tickets only. Redemption does not include access to premium services, additional events or paid activities unless specifically stated. 

4. Offer Restrictions 

• The Black Friday voucher promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts or promotions. 
• The £100 Gift Voucher, purchased at the promotional price of £80, is the final discounted price and is not eligible for further reductions. 
• This promotion applies only to new purchases of gift vouchers made between 28 November and 1 December 2025 and must be redeemed by Tuesday 31 March 2026. It cannot be applied retrospectively to vouchers or tickets purchased outside this timeframe.  

5. Standard Terms & Conditions 

• All Trentham standard terms and conditions apply to purchases made under this promotion, including those relating to admission policies, visitor safety, and conduct. 
• By purchasing a Gift Voucher, membership, day ticket, or event ticket, guests agree to adhere to all guidelines and rules of Trentham, including any restrictions on visitor capacity and operational hours. 
• Trentham reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotional offer at any time in the event of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, Trentham will make every reasonable effort to communicate changes to customers in advance.
