The Purpose

The Person

We are looking for a sales-focussed, KPI-driven leader to taken on the role of Store Manager in our soon-to-open, brand new store at Trentham Shopping Village in the grounds of the beautiful Trentham Estate in Staffordshire. Initially a 12 month "pop up" concept store - we want to make Trentham Gardens a permanent addition to the Denby store portfolio and the right Store Manager will help us achieve that ambition.

You will lead a small team to deliver sales and KPI targets whilst ensuring that our Brand Ambassador programme is delivered consistently each and every day so that our customers understand what makes a Denby product so special. Naturally gregarious and out-going, delighting customers will be second-nature and your passion and enthusiasm will be infectious to your colleagues.

Organised and diligent, you will ensure that all Denby operational processes are followed correctly to minimise stock loss whilst also delivering on health and safety objectives to ensure you and your colleagues work safely. A full job description is available on request.
