We strongly recommend pre-booking your day tickets to benefit from fast-track entry and to avoid queues. Plus, enjoy a 10% discount when you book online at least 48 hours in advance.
While it is possible to purchase day tickets at the Gardens Entrance, pre-booking online makes your arrival much easier.
The 10% discount is automatically applied to tickets booked online at least 48 hours before your visit.
To speed up the entry time, please either print your tickets or download the QR code to your phone.
On busier days, such as weekends, school holidays and bank holidays – and at busier times of the day, usually 10am to midday – queues to access the gardens can be expected.
You can pre-book tickets online on the day of your visit, you don’t need to book well in advance.
No, members have the benefit of being able to visit without pre-booking and are advised to bring a valid membership card to gain access. However, pre-booking is required for certain events or activities.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Please see our Terms & Conditions. In exceptional circumstances such as forced closure due to extreme weather conditions, please contact us with your booking reference and request a transfer date for your visit.

To cancel your auto-renewal, simply log in to your account by clicking on the “My Account” button at the top of the homepage. Once logged in, navigate to your subscription or billing settings, where you’ll find the option to turn off auto-renewal.
To unsubscribe from our marketing emails, simply click the “unsubscribe” link found at the bottom of any of our emails. This will direct you to a page where you can confirm your preference. You can manage your subscription communication preferences by logging into your online account. Alternatively, you can contact us, and we’ll happily assist you in removing your email from our mailing list.
You can log in by clicking on the “My Account” button at the top on the homepage. From there you can manage your account setting, adjust your subscription preferences and book gardens and event tickets.

Yes, we have 4 Electric Car Charging Points as well as 8 Tesla Superchargers onsite. See the location of the charging points on the Shopping Village Map before you visit.
Yes, dogs are welcome in the gardens and shopping village, except during specific event days and evenings. Trentham is a really dog-friendly site and dogs are allowed in many of our shops, restaurants, and cafés.
However, please note that dogs are not permitted in the Blue Diamond Garden Centre.
We announce any path/garden closures on the home page of our website and on our social media channels – please check prior to travelling and booking tickets. Announcements cannot be made until all checks have been carried out by the grounds team which may cause a delay in opening.
Yes, the South Entrance to the Gardens from the Monkey Forest is now open. Please see opening hours as these differ from the North Entrance.
If you booked online, please log in to your account and you will see the bookings you have made on the ‘Account’ page under ‘Your Bookings’. Note down your booking reference and quote this at the gardens entrance. If you pre-booked at the Gardens Entrance, then we will search for your booking on arrival using your surname and postcode.
Yes, you can. Wheelchair hire is free of charge and no deposit is required. Simply visit the Visitor Centre on arrival to arrange hire. Please note that wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be pre-booked.
No, you must register and book your slots online.
Yes. Electric mobility scooters can be hired online or at the Visitor Centre from 4–7pm and must be returned by 8pm. Hire is available for 18+, or 16–17 year-olds with an adult. Only two scooters are available per night, and the cost is £15 for all visitors.
