Rosa 'Wisley 2008'® (Ausbreeze)
The perfect rosette flowers are shallowly cupped, about 3” across, and are a very pure light pink. The outer petals pale prettily towards the edges. The growth is elegantly arching, producing its flowers along the stems and building up into a fine, vigorous shrub.
Rosa 'James L. Austin'® (Auscrystal)
With its vigorous, upright growth it makes a wonderful climber in a short time. The strikingly beautiful flowers are mid pink at the centre, gradually becoming lighter towards the edges. The numerous, neatly placed petals in each bloom create a slightly domed shape.
Rosa 'Silas Marner'® (Ausraveloe)
An unfussy rose of soft mid pink, the petals are pale on the reverse and fade at the edges creating a gentle quality. Held on red stems, the medium-sized cupped blooms have relaxed, almost ruffled petals which are set around an attractive button eye. There is a medium-strong Old Rose fragrance with accents of fruity lemon, green banana and apricot. A very healthy medium-sized shrub with glossy dark green foliage and wide, arching growth.
Rosa 'Ballerina'
This beautiful rose bears small, single flowers of soft blossom pink, with white centres and prominent golden stamens. They are produced throughout the summer and are held in close, many-flowered trusses, reminiscent of hydrangea heads. It forms a vigorous shrub with a rounded habit and attractive light green foliage.
Rosa 'Hansa'
At first sight, this is a very similar rose to ‘Roseraie de l’Hay’, but the flowers are fully double and bright silky magenta in colour. They have a lovely Old Rose fragrance. It produces a good crop of hips in the autumn, extending the season of colour in the garden.
Rosa 'The Ancient Mariner'® (Ausoutcry)
An impressive variety, bearing masses of large, many petalled blooms on a bushy, quite upright shrub. The blooms are a lovely glowing mid pink at the centre, paling towards the edges. Over time, they each reveal a cluster of golden stamens. There is a medium-strong myrrh fragrance. The name of this rose was inspired by Samuel Taylor Coleridge’s epic poem, The Rime of the Ancient Mariner. There is a strong, warm myrrh fragrance.
