The school day might be busy, but the afternoon doesn’t have to end there. For a limited time this March, we’re making it even easier for families to enjoy Trentham Gardens with a special After School Saver, giving children entry for just £5 after 3pm.
Whether you’re looking for a quick family outing, somewhere for the kids to burn off some energy, or a peaceful stroll to reset after the day, the gardens offers the perfect setting for a little after-school adventure.
Explore the Adventure Playground
The Adventure Playground is always a favourite for families, and the After School Saver gives children the chance to dive straight into the fun. With climbing towers, slides, rope bridges and plenty of space to explore, it’s the perfect place for kids to run, climb and play before heading home for the evening.
After a full day in the classroom, a little outdoor play can make all the difference.
Enjoy a Relaxing Lakeside Walk
If you’re looking for something a little calmer, a stroll around Trentham Lake is a wonderful way to unwind. The lakeside paths offer beautiful views across the water and plenty of open space for families to walk, chat and enjoy some fresh air together. Keep your eyes peeled for wildlife!

Head to the North Jetty to discover the new Junior Kart Track. Perfect for younger visitors, it’s a fun way for children to test their driving skills and add an extra burst of excitement to their visit.
How the After School Saver Works
The After School Saver gives children entry to Trentham Gardens for just £5 after 3pm on selected weekdays.
The offer is available on 16–20 March and 23–25 March. Entry is through the North Entrance only, and visitors should arrive before 5pm to enjoy the gardens until 6pm.
With lakeside walks, space to play and the first signs of spring appearing across the gardens, it’s a simple way to turn an ordinary afternoon into something special.
