About Trentham Live

We're looking forward to seeing you at Trentham Live as it returns with five amazing shows set over one weekend, featuring an incredible line-up of artists in our unique outdoor setting.

General information for all ticket holders

  • Trentham Live is a standing only event and chairs of any kind are NOT permitted.
  • Trentham Live, like large indoor arenas that host music events, do not permit food and drink of any kind within the event arena. You are permitted to bring an empty water bottle to refill at the water station located onsite.
  • Gates open to the Events Arena at 4pm but you are permitted into the gardens from 2pm should you wish to explore the wider estate.
  • Music will start from 7:30pm each evening.
  • Please note we operate as a card-only site however, we would recommend you bring a small amount of cash in case of power outages, there is no cash point onsite.
  • Please note that security searches and bag checks this year, will take place at the event field entrance, not at the Visitor Centre, it is important you ensure that you do not have any prohibited items with you as it is approximately a 0.5km walk back to the Visitor Centre to return items to your car.
  • There will be no re-entry to the event site. Once you have been scanned into the event arena you will not be permitted to exit and re-enter.
  • By entering the Trentham Live event site you consent to event photography.
  • All Trentham Estate carparks will be ‘exit only’ from 10pm, please ensure that all taxi/pick-ups are arranged off-site. There will be no taxi pick up zone on the estate and no waiting on the A34.
  • Upgrades to Golden Circle and VIP are available on the night but are subject to availability and first come, first serve! Contact Ticketmaster via your account to upgrade in advance or visit the Event Information tent for ‘on the night upgrades’, subject to availability and upgrade fees.

Please park or walk in via our main carpark on arrival.

Once up at the Events Arena, please enter the Golden Circle queue for ticket and bag check, here you will collect your wristband which permits you entry to the Golden Circle. Please keep this visible so that the security team can see it on entry and exit of this area.

You are able to exit and re-enter the Golden Circle to access event site facilities such as; toilets, food and drink as many times as you’d like to throughout the evening.

Parking and Arrival                                                                     

By Car, parking:

The VIP parking area can be accessed from 2pm on the date of your concert. Access for our VIP guests is easier than ever! With your parking located in the field, right next to the main event arena. On arrival at our main entrance off the A34, please follow signs to the VIP parking area. This is accessed via the service road at the side of the Garden Centre where a 5mph speed limit is in place, please be mindful of this.

On Foot or Taxi/Drop Off:

If you are being dropped off or are staying at the Premier Inn, please enter the gardens via the main Gardens Entrance and then enter your queue point up at the Event Arena. Please exit via the same way for pickup post event.

Please note taxi/picks ups must be made off site and there are no shuttle services this year, the walk from the Gardens Entrance to the Events Arena is approximately 0.5km.

Entry

Your ticket validity and category will be checked on arrival to the entrance of the carpark (or Visitor Centre if you are arriving on foot). All ticket holders have access to the Estate from 2pm prior to the concert.

Please join your separate VIP queue at the main event arena from 4pm, here you will go through ticket and security check and will be issued your wristband and souvenir lanyard. Please keep your lanyard and wristband in clear view for the host to see on arrival at the VIP marquee.

VIP Marquee

You will find the VIP marquee located at the end of the main road that runs through the events arena, here you will find your own toilets, grandstand and bistro style seating, a private bar and private eateries.

As a VIP ticketholder, you are also entitled to access the Golden Circle viewing area, please have your wristband visible to show security on entry.

You are able to exit and re-enter the VIP area and Golden Circle to access event site facilities such as; toilets, food and drink as you wish throughout the evening.

The bar within the VIP area will remain open for up to 30 minutes after the music ends, please enjoy your surroundings and avoid the rush of guests leaving at the end of the evening.

Parking and arrival – for both Ambulant and Wheelchair Accessible ticket types

On arrival at our main entrance off the A34, please follow signs to the accessible parking area. This is accessed via the service road at the side of the Garden Centre where a 5mph speed limit is in place, please be mindful of this. Your tickets will be checked on arrival at the car park entrance, please also have your accessibility proof available for security.

The parking is located much closer to the arena this year but should you require assistance there will be an accessible shuttle available. This shuttle route is accessible parking to arena and back only.  There will be no shuttle assistance to and from the main Gardens Entrance

Drop off’s for disabled guests can be made at the disabled parking area.

All Trentham Estate carparks will be ‘exit only’ from 10pm, please ensure that all taxi / pick-ups are arranged off-site.  Please contact our team on 01782 646646 if you need to discuss arranging a disabled guest pick up.

Garden day ticket holders or members entering pre-2pm should us the main entrance and main carpark. You are recommended to move your car closer to the arena before entering the concert location, this parking area can be accessed from 2pm.

Wheelchair Accessible Ticket Holders – viewing platform

The Wheelchair Platform is located within close proximity of the main entrance and accessible toilets. The platform is strictly for pre-booked wheelchair accessible tickets holders plus their carer and is fully booked for all dates.

You will be required to show your ticket each time you exit/enter the area – please ensure you have this with you/downloaded to your phone/app.

You are able to come and go from this area throughout the evening.

Ambulant Accessible Ticket Holders – viewing area

The ambulant area is a fenced off area located within close proximity of the main entrance and to the accessible toilets. It will be located just in front of the wheelchair platform at ground level.

This area is strictly for pre-booked ambulant tickets holders plus their carer and is fully booked for all dates.

You will be required to show your ticket each time you exit/enter the area – please ensure you have this with you/downloaded to your phone/app.

You can come and go from this area throughout the evening.

Whilst this area does provide a view of the stage and is closer than the Quiet area, please be mindful that the general admission area begins just in-front of your designated area and these ticketholders may choose to stand in-front of the fence line. This area is designed for those guests who can stand to watch the performance but require regular seated breaks.

Disabled Guests without accessible/ambulant tickets

Blue badge holders / those with accessible needs documentation are invited to park in the designated disabled parking area on site. Please follow directions as detailed in ‘Accessible’ section above.

Additionally, there are disabled parking bays in the main carpark should you be able to access the event site via the general guest route without assistance.

You will also need your documentation to access the disabled toilets on site as these are located within a controlled area.

All ambulant ticket holders are permitted one accessible carer to join them within this area and a chair will be provided for both guests.

Respite and Quiet Area

This area has a small number of seats for event attendees away from the crowds and is designed as a rest area at the very back of the arena away from the noise and main arena, should it be required.
